ALLEGATION: Humiliation, Loss or Restriction of Visitation and/or Custody of Child, Mental Anguish,
Depression and Emotional Distress.
DISCUSSION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney reviewed the above referenced claim
finding that no civil liability attaches to Jefferson County.
DECISION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney recommend the claim be denied.

ALLEGATION: Damage to Underground Electrical Equipment.
DISCUSSION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney reviewed the above referenced claim
finding that the claimant's underground electrical equipment was not buried to proper industry
depth standards.
DECISION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney recommend the claim be denied.

ALLEGATION: Damage to Driver Side Door Window of Vehicle.
DISCUSSION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney reviewed the above referenced claim
finding that Jefferson County road crew personnel was in the area when the incident occurred
and verified the damages sustained.
DECISION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney recommend the claim be paid.
