ALLEGATION: Damage to Pedestal/Closure/AP Box
DISCUSSION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney reviewed the above referenced claim and
determined that while the Public Works Road Crew was performing brush cutting operations
in the area where the incident occurred, the claimant's pedestal/closure/AP Box was
unmarked and covered with vegetation. It is the claimant's responsibility to visually mark
their closures and pedestals to prevent damage to such communication facilities.
DECISION: Recommendation to deny claim.

ALLEGATION: Assault, Unlawful Confinement Conditions, Mental Anguish & Loss of Income

concurred to table taking action.
