ORDINANCE NO. 13-0926-94
SECTION 1 - PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The purpose of this ordinance is to establish a unified fee schedule for the Jefferson County Permit
Center, Development Review Division. This schedule shall apply to all fees required by the
Development Review Division.

SECTION 4 - SEVERABILITY:
If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, or figure of this ordinance or its application to any person or
circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance or the application to other persons or circumstances
shall not be affected.
SECTION 5 - EFFECTIVE DATE:
The ordinance shall become effective ten days after the date of adoption.
SECTION 6 - ADOPTION:
Adopted by the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners this 26th day of September, 1994.
