The use or possession of fireworks, as defined by RCW 70.770126, is prohibitedo

A public display of fireworks open to the general public, with or without charge,
shall meet the requirements of the State Fireworks Law pursuant to RCW 77.77.
These amendments shall become effective upon adoption of this Ordinance,
Adopted by the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners this 26tJetay of June. 19950
