Deputy Prosecutor David Alvarez and Risk Manager David Goldsmith reviewed the following claim for damages.

$128.95
ALLEGATION: Damaged side mirror on vehicle.
DISCUSSION: The claim referenced above was discussed by the Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting
Attorney. According to the Public Works Department the damaged side mirror of the vehicle
was the result of actions by a Jefferson County employee while performing road maintenance
operations.
DECISION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney will recommend to the County
Administrator that the claim be paid.
