Assistant Claims Coordinator Leslie Locke was also present. CLAIM CLAIMANT: Bradley E. Hoover CLAIM#: C-30-01 DAMAGES: $3,674.15 ALLEGATION: Short Plat Process Permit Error DISCUSSION: The claim referenced above was discussed by the Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. The claimant applied for and started the process for a Short Plat Permit. It was subsequently determined, after fees had been paid, that the claimant did not need to subdivide the property. It was recommended by outside council that this claim be paid. DECISION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney will recommend to the County Administrator that the claim be paid. Meeting adjourned.
