RECOMMENDATION: Deny claim CLAIMANT: Todd Miller CLAIM#: C-02-02 DAMAGES: $260.62 ALLEGATION: Vehicle Windshield Damage DETAILS: Based on information from the Public Works department, the Road Crew was operating sanding trucks on the same day and in the same area the incident occurred. RECOMMENDATION: Pay claim Meeting adjourned.
