ALLEGATION: Damage to Vehicle
DETAILS: Payment of the claim was recommended on the basis that the Public Works Road Crew was
performing road maintenance in the area at the time the incident occurred and verified the
damages sustained.
RECOMMENDATION: Pay Claim

ALLEGATION: Damage to Windshield of Vehicle
DETAILS: Payment of the claim was recommended on the basis that the Public Works road crew was
hauling material for chipsealing operations in the area where the incident occurred and
verified the damages sustained.

ALLEGATION: Damage to Electrical System, Dryer, Television and Lights
DETAILS: Payment of the claim was recommended on the basis that S. Discovery Road was under
construction in the area where the incident occurred and it is presumable that it caused the
damage sustained by the claimant.
RECOMMENDATION: Pay Claim
