CLAIMANT: Olympus Beach Tracts, Inc.
CLAIM#: C-16-02
DAMAGES: $268.00
ALLEGATION: Damage to Water Line
DETAILS: Payment of a portion of the claim($60.00 for the coupling)was recommended on the basis
that the Public Works Road Crew provided the labor to repair the damaged water line.
RECOMMENDATION: Pay Reduced Amount of$60.00 for the Claim
CLAIMANT: Kathy Pradia
CLAIM#: C-17-02
DAMAGES: $200,000.00
ALLEGATION: Unlawful Arrest and Incarceration, and Cruel and Unusual Punishment
DETAILS: Deputy Prosecuting Attorney David Alvarez reported that the claimant pled guilty to the
charges brought against her in a Court of Law. All other claims set forth by Ms. Pradia,
including,but not limited to,the Public Disclosure Act claim and the medical indifference
claim are without merit.
RECOMMENDATION: Deny Claim
