MINUTES
March 14, 2001
Deputy Prosecutor David Alvarez and Risk Manager David Goldsmith met to reconsider the following claim for
damages. Claims Coordinator Erin Lundgren was also present.
CLAIM
CLAIMANT: Elizabeth Johnson
CLAIM#: C-3-01
DAMAGES: $286.91
ALLEGATION: Damaged Vehicle
DISCUSSION: Risk Manager David Goldsmith explained that this claim is being reconsidered at the
request of the claimant. After again reviewing the details of the claim, it was determined
that the County is unable to pay for the damages sustained as there was no roadway
surface failure along that portion of roadway where the claimant states the damage
occurred.
DECISION: The original recommendation of the Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecutor to deny the
claim remains.
