Deputy Prosecutor David Alvarez and Risk Manager David Goldsmith reviewed the following claims for damages.
Claims Coordinator Erin Lundgren was also present.

DAMAGES: $9,280.19
ALLEGATION: Damaged Power Pole
DISCUSSION: Risk Manager David Goldsmith reviewed a letter received from an Attorney hired by Puget
Sound Energy to resolve their claim for damages. It was agreed to table action on this claim
pending further investigation.
DECISION: Pending
CLAIMANT: Jeff Ingman, Prospect View, Inc.
CLAIM#: C-11-01
DAMAGES: $155,267.55
ALLEGATION: Building Permit Wrongly Denied
DISCUSSION: Risk Manager David Goldsmith and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney David Alvarez reviewed
the details of the claim for damages referenced above. Mr. Goldsmith stated that the amount
of damages claimed is not supported by the evidence. It was agreed that a settlement meeting
will be scheduled by Mr. Goldsmith with the claimant to discuss this claim. A
recommendation will be made at a later date.
