Deputy Prosecutor David Alvarez and Risk Manager David Goldsmith reviewed the following claims for damages.
Claims Coordinator Erin Lundgren was also present.

CLAIMANT: Quest
CLAIM#: C-15-01
DAMAGES: $95.30
ALLEGATION: Damage to Buried Service Wires
DISCUSSION: Risk Manager David Goldsmith and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney David Alvarez reviewed
the details of the claim for damages referenced above. It is the obligation of the claimant to
locate and visually mark above ground communications equipment, such as pedestals; or to
properly bury underground equipment according to standards set forth in franchise
agreements.
DECISION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecutor will recommend to the County Administrator that
the claim be denied.
CLAIMANT: Harvey J. Minnihan
CLAIM#: C-16-01
DAMAGES: $315.32 plus tax
ALLEGATION: Damage to Vehicle
DISCUSSION: Risk Manager David Goldsmith and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney David Alvarez reviewed
the details of the claim for damages referenced above. The County Road Crew was
performing road maintenance in the area where the incident occurred and verified the damages
sustained.
DECISION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecutor will recommend to the County Administrator that
the claim be paid.
