Deputy Prosecutor David Alvarez and Risk Manager David Goldsmith reviewed the following claims for damages.

ALLEGATION: Vehicle Damage
DISCUSSION: Risk Manager David Goldsmith and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney David Alvarez reviewed
the details of the claim for damages referenced above. They concurred to table taking action
on this claim pending further investigation.
DECISION: Pending
CLAIMANT: Chimacum School District
CLAIM#: C-20-01
DAMAGES: $261.73
ALLEGATION: Vehicle Damage
DISCUSSION: Risk Manager David Goldsmith and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney David Alvarez reviewed
the details of the claim for damages referenced above. The County Road Crew had performed
chipseal-resurfacing operations on Center Road which failed in the area where the incident
occurred and resulted in the damages sustained.
DECISION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecutor will recommend to the County Administrator that
the claim be paid.
