Prosecuting Attorney Juelie Dalzell and Risk Manager David Goldsmith met to discuss the following
claims for damages. Claims Coordinator Erin Lundgren was also present.

DAMAGES: To be determined
ALLEGATION: Damaged property and physical/emotional injuries
CLAIMANT: Dylan Johnson
CLAIM#: C-17-00
DAMAGES: To be determined
ALLEGATION: Physical injuries
DISCUSSION: Risk Manager David Goldsmith reviewed these two claims together since the
allegations are associated with one another. It was agreed to table discussion of
these claims pending further investigation.
