Prosecuting Attorney Juelie Dalzell and Risk Manager David Goldsmith met to discuss the following
claims for damages. Claims Coordinator Erin Lundgren was also present.

CLAIMANT: Hiddendale Community Club
CLAIM#: C-6-00

the Board of Commissioners on April 3, 2000. The denial was based on the

line was above the minimum 30 inches required for utilities within the right-of-way.
Upon further review of the claim, it was agreed that the County's right-of-way
utility requirements were not violated since there was not a franchise agreement
between the County and Hiddendale Community Club.
DECISION: The Risk Manager and Prosecuting Attorney will recommend to the County
Administrator that a half portion of the claim be paid ($2,119.84).
