December 11, 2000
Deputy Prosecutor David Alvarez and Risk Manager David Goldsmith reviewed the following claim for
damages. Claims Coordinator Erin Lundgren was also present.
CLAIMS
CLAIMANT: Joseph&Joy Baisch
CLAIM#: C-32-00
DAMAGES: $252.97
ALLEGATION: Damaged Windshield
DISCUSSION: Risk Manager David Goldsmith reviewed the claim referenced above. He stated that the
Public Works road crew was performing road maintenance at the time the incident
occurred and verified the damages sustained by the claimant. Deputy Prosecutor David
Alvarez stated the claim should be paid. Mr. Goldsmith agreed.
DECISION: The Risk Manager and Prosecuting Attorney will recommend to the County
Administrator that the full amount of the claim be paid.
