MINUTES
April 9, 1999
Prosecuting Attorney Juelie Dalzell and Risk Manager David Goldsmith discussed the following claim for
damages. Claims Coordinator Erin Lundgren was not present.
CLAIMS
CLAIMANT: Pam Tyler
CLAIM NO: #C-16-99
DAMAGES: $1,000.00 plus medical expenses
ALLEGATION: Backhoe driven by County employee struck private vehicle.
DISCUSSION: Risk Manager David Goldsmith reviewed the claim,the incident report, and the
accident report with the Prosecuting Attorney. The facts as they relate to this claim
clearly indicate the County is responsible for this incident.
DECISION: Based on the evidence,the Risk Manager and Prosecuting Attorney agreed to
recommend to the Board of County Commissioners that the claim be paid.
