STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Advisory Board Resignation; Jefferson County Board of Health(BOH); Hospital Commissioner
Representative, Jill Buhler
ANALYSIS:
A letter was received from Jill Buhler stating that she is no longer able to serve on the Jefferson County Board
of Health as Hospital Commissioner Representative. The letter states the Hospital Commissioners nominate
Kees Kolff in her place.
In order for a replacement to be appointed, the BOCC needs to approve the resignation of Jill Buhler .
RECOMMENDATION:
Accept Advisory Board Resignation; Jefferson County Board of Health(BOH); Jill Buhler, Hospital
Commissioner Representative
