CALL TO ORDER: Chair David Sullivan called the meeting to order at the appointed
time in the presence of Commissioner Kathleen Kler and Commissioner Kate Dean.
WORKSHOP re: Strategic Planning Meeting: The Board met with the following
Elected Officials and Department Directors regarding Strategic Planning: Assessor Jeff Chapman,
Auditor Rose Ann Carroll, Prosecuting Attorney Michael Haas, Sheriff David Stanko, Superior Court
Clerk Ruth Gordon, Treasurer Stacie Prada, County Administrator Philip Morley, Central Services
Director Mark McCauley, Community Development Director Patty Charnas, Juvenile Services Director
Barbara Carr, Public Health Director Vicki Kirkpatrick, Public Works Director/County Engineer Monte
Reinders, WSU Extension Director Clea Rome and Clerk of the Board/Human Resources Manager Erin
Lundgren.
NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Sullivan adjourned the meeting at 12:06
p.m. until the next regular meeting or special meeting as properly noticed.
