9:01 a.m. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD - Up to 30 Minutes
This is an optional time period dedicated to listening to the public. We want to hear your ideas or concerns. To
ensure equal opportunity for the public to comment, all comments shall be limited to three minutes per person
and each person may address the Board one time during the public comment period. When the green light is on
it means proceed to speak; the yellow light will go on when the speaker has 30 seconds remaining; the red light
illuminated means stop. Please start by stating your name and address.
APPROVAL AND ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA: (Items listed below have been distributed to
the Commissioners in advance for study and will be enacted by one motion. If separate discussion is desired on an item, that
item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the Regular Agenda, at a specific time, at the request of any of
the Commissioners.)
1. RESOLUTION re: HEARING NOTICE: 2018 Second Quarter Budget
Appropriations/Extensions; Various County Departments; Hearing scheduled for Monday, July
16, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Chambers, Jefferson County Courthouse, Port

2. RESOLUTION re: Update to 2018 Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan; Jefferson
County Emergency Management
3. AGREEMENT re: Memorial Athletic Field Lighting Replacement; In the Amount of
$297,308.40; Jefferson County Public Works; MUSCO Sport Lighting/King County Directors
Association (KCDA)
4. AGREEMENT, Change Order No. 1 re: 2018 Pavement Marking on Jefferson County Road,
County Project No. 180 20490; Reduce Amount by $19,291.70 for a Total of $287,532.19;

(Records of all claims submitted for payment along with vouchers approved and signed by the Board of Jefferson
