Jefferson County Board of Commissioners
Special Meeting — Thursday, June 14, 2018, 10:00 a.m.
Jefferson County Courthouse - Commissioners' Chambers
1820 Jefferson Street, Port Townsend, WA
CALL TO ORDER: Chair David Sullivan called the meeting to order at the appointed
time in the presence of Commissioner Kathleen Kler and Commissioner Kate Dean.
CONTINUED DELIBERATIONS re: 2018 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Review
and Unified Development Code Amendments: Department of Community Development staff
reviewed the 2018 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Review and Unified Development Code Amendments,
public comments, staff report, State Environmental Policy Act(SEPA)Addendum, plan vision
statement and framework goals, shared themes and linkages of elements and a walk-through of the
Comprehensive Plan Elements.
The meeting was recessed at 12:00 p.m. and reconvened at 1:04 p.m. with all three
Commissioners present.
CONTINUED DELIBERATIONS re: 2018 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Review
and Unified Development Code Amendments: The Commissioners continued the review of the
Comprehensive Plan.

Commissioners present.

and Unified Development Code Amendments: The Commissioners continued the review of the
Comprehensive Plan.
Deliberations on the 2018 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Review will continue at a Special Meeting of
the Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. with future deliberation
dates in the future.

NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Kler moved to adjourn the meeting
at 4:24 p.m. until the next regular meeting or special meeting as properly noticed. Commissioner Dean
seconded the motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
