CALL TO ORDER: Chair David Sullivan called the meeting to order at the appointed
time in the presence of Commissioner Kathleen Kler and Commissioner Kate Dean.
CONTINUED DELIBERATIONS re: 2018 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Review
and Unified Development Code Amendments: Department of Community Development staff
reviewed the 2018 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Review and Unified Development Code Amendments
with the Board.
The meeting was recessed at 3:14 p.m. and reconvened at 3:26 p.m. with all three
Commissioners present.

NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT: Commissioner Kler moved to adjourn the meeting
at 4:28 p.m. until the next regular meeting or special meeting as properly noticed. Commissioner Dean
seconded thx - motion which carried by a unanimous vote.
