Dear Jim,
As we discussed on the phone, a pre -application conference is required for the Conditional Use permit for a Jefferson
Transit electronic changing message sign. We tentatively agreed on the following date for the meeting, Tuesday
February 20, 2018 at 10:30am pending pre -application form submittal and fee payment.
I told you that I would preface the meeting with a short list of items needed for the application so that you could come
prepared to the pre -application conference meeting with the requested items.
The Conditional Use Permit application is missing:
-Plans regarding the sign design (this was submitted for the BLD permit, but needs to be resubmitted for the conditional
use permit)
-Sign Permit application (see above comment)
-Sheet 2 of 2 is missing
-Site plan should indicate the location and distance to the nearest logical outer boundary of the of the LAMIRD (see the
attached screenshot identifying the outer extent of the LAMIRD at Four Corners with bold line)
-Specifications regarding light emittance as required by JCC 18.30.150(3).
I have attached the pre -application conference form. The fee is $483.00 ($460.00 plus $23.00 scanning fee).
