ORDINANCE NO, 02-0503-99
WHEREAS, the Department of Community Development has identified a need for a new fee to be
established to cover the costs associated with reviewing Comprehensive Plan amendments; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12.1209.96 sets fees for the various Public Service Departments of the
County including the Department of Community Development and the Permit Center;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the following item be added to Section 2 - Fee Schedules as
the last item under Permit Center:
Site Specific Comprehensive Plan Amendment Applications within the unincorporated areas of
Jefferson County: $250.00
