SECTION 1 - PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The purpose of this ordinance is to amend or repeal and replace fee schedules for the following Jefferson
County Departments and/or Divisions of Department:
Health & Human Services - Public Health Clinical Fees
- Environmental Health Division;
- Animal Services
SECTION 2 - FEE SCHEDULES: The following fee schedules are to be amended as follows:

SECTION 7 - REPEALER
This Ordinance repeals and replaces the Health & Human Services and Animal Services sections of
Ordinance 12-1209-96, adopted December 9, 1996.
SECTION 8 - SEVERABILITY
If any section, subsection, or sentence, clause, phrase, or figure of this Ordinance or its application to any
person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance or the application to other persons or
circumstances shall not be affected.

SECTION 9 - EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall become effective January 1, 2000.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November, 1999.
