The purpose of this ordinance is to amend fee schedules to include new fees for the following Jefferson County Departments and/or Divisions of Department Permit Center - Building Division Public Works -- Facilities, Parks & Recreation Division SECTION 2 - FEE SCHEDULES: The fee schedules are to be amended as follows: Permit Center - Building Division CHANGE the following fees: Change of Use or occupancy $120.00 ADD the new fees to the Permit Center Schedule for: Base Fee Conditional or Special Uses Amateur Radio Antenna Towers 65' or less Wireless/Telecommunication Facility over 65' Special Property Uses Planning Unit Developments Temporary Uses & Activities 45 days or less 90 days or more Home Business Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Variance Appeal Comprehensive Plan or Ordinance Amendment by Citizen Petition including SEP A Pre Application - Last Will & Testamentary Division Subdivision Exemptions Short Subdivision - Plus $21.00 per lot Long Subdivision - Plus $21.00 per lot Notice of Application $111.00 111.00 111.00 111.00 111.00 Hearine Notice Revision $111.00 111.00 111.00 111.00 111.00 $228.00 $111.00 56.00 56.00 111.00 111.00 167.00 111.00 111.00 400,00 111.00 250.00 167.00 111.00 111.00 111.00 Page 1 . For youth activities, all or a portion of the fees may be waived in accordance with an agreement for the donation of labor and/or materials approved prior to the event by the Parks and Recreation Department. Field & Facility Reservations The County reserves the right to cancel reserved facilities for program needs due to emergency conditions related to a building or facility. Groups causing problems due to abuse of facilities or regulations may be denied use or subsequent use of facilities. SECTION 7 - REPEALER This Ordinance amends the Fees in Section 2 of Ordinance 12-1209-96, adopted December 9, 1996, for the Public Works -- Facilities, Parks & Recreation Division. SECTION 8 - SEVERABILITY If any section, subsection, or sentence, clause, phrase, or figure of this Ordinance or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance or the application to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected. SECTION 9 - EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance shall become effective January 1, 2000.
