1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this Ordinance is to revise the Jefferson County Code, Appendix FEE SCHEDULES:
Public Health Environmental Health Division, Section I-010.
2. FEE SCHEDULES
Sections of the existing fee schedule are amended, as follows below, to add a 5% Technology Fee
and remove the current Case Scanning/Technology Fee.:
• Ordinance 06-1103-16.
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION FEE SCHEDULE
The Department of Health, Environmental Health Division Fee Schedule, Section `General,' shall be
amended to add a 5% Technology Fee and remove the current Case Scanning/Technology Fee.
3. EFFECTIVE DATE
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on July 1, 2018.
