SUBJECT: Motion authorizing Staff as needed, to schedule a Special Meeting on November
6, 2018 for the Inter Local Agreement(ILA) & Interim Homeless Shelter
Service Agreement with the City of Port Townsend
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
If both an Inter Local Agreement (ILA) on Document Recording Fees for Homeless Housing and Affordable
Housing and an Interim Homeless Shelter Service Agreement are finalized by both the County and the City
of Port Townsend, and the city has adopted the Inter Local Agreement(ILA) on November 5, 2018 the
County would hold Discussion and Possible Action.

RECOMMENDATION:
Make a Motion authorizing Staff as needed to schedule a Special Meeting on November 6, 2018 for
Discussion and Possible Action to adopt the Inter Local Agreement(ILA) and Interim Homeless Shelter
Service Agreement
