Public Works JEFFERSON COUNTY 2015 BUDGET REQUEST BUDGET: Brinnon Flood Control 186-000-010 OBJECTIVES FOR FY2015: The Department of Community Development (DCD) completed a Comprehensive Flood Hazard Management Plan for the Brinnon area in 2009. STRATEGIC BUDGET OBJECTIVES: This fund is intended to address public health and transportation issues related to flood hazards in the Brinnon area.
