Physically Inspect Revaluation Area #6 (City of Port Townsend). 2. Statistically update Areas #1, #2, #3, #4, & #5 of Jefferson County. 3. Improve/correct data and update cost tables. 4. Meet Mandated Deadlines. 5. Improve Commercial Properties Annual Updating OBJECTIVES FOR FY2019 1. Try to maintain our timelines per RCW and WAC Rules. 2. Pick up all New Construction in the County, including hard to get to West End Properties. 3. Continue working with the PACS System and implementing PACS Mobile & PACS Marshall & Swift Commercial. 4. Complete parcel fabric maps by end of year (carryover from 2018). This vehicle is used by our appraisers for revaluation and to pick up new construction. We will continue to physically inspect 1/6 of the County and statistically update the rest. We will be in Area #6, City of Port Townsend. In 2019, we will continue to learn and improve the usage of iPads in the appraisal field. There is an Annual Maintenance Fee with True Automation that will be broken down into quarterly payments.
