Jefferson County has forwarded the attached application to you for review and comment because
your agency is responsible for determining compliance with state and federal requirements or may
otherwise be affected by the following proposal:
To enlarge an existing 5.1 acre parcel and reduce an existing 34.4 acre parcel, by Boundary Line
Adjustment, into a 15.0 acre parcel and a 24.5 acre parcel.

Parcel number 801 041 011 & 017, in Section 04, Township 28, Range 01 West, WM, located in
Chimacum, WA 98325
Comments must be received within fourteen (14) calendar days or byFebruary 26, 2002. If no
wdtten response has been received within fourteen (14) days, your agency will be presumed to
have no comments. If necessaq/, the UDC administrator may grant an extension of time for
