IN THE MATTER OF APPOINTING A JEFFERSON } RESOLUTION NO. 0 2_1 9
COUNTY PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT#1 MEMBER TO}
THE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE FUND(PIF)BOARD }
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 3.28.090(e)of the Jefferson County Code(JCC),the Jefferson
County Board of Commissioners shall signify final approval and appointment of the members of the Public
Infrastructure Fund(PIF)Board, which shall consist of no more than eight(8)members; and
WHEREAS,pursuant to Section 3.28.090(b)JCC, Jefferson County Public Utility District#1
recommends the appointment of Dan Toepper as their representative;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners,that
Dan Toepper is hereby appointed as Jefferson County Public Utility District#1's representative to the PIF
Board.

SUBJECT: RESOLUTION re: Appointing a representative of Jefferson County
Public Utility District#1 to the Public Infrastructure Fund (PIF) Board
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
In accordance with Section 3.28.090(a) Jefferson County Public Utility District#1 has the right to have a
representative to serve of the PIF Board. They have recommended Dan Toepper to be their representative.
ANALYSIS:
Section 3.28.090(e) of the Jefferson County code gives the Board of County Commissioners the final
authority to approve and appoint members of the PIF Board.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the resolution appointing Dan Toepper as Jefferson County Public Utility District#1's
representative to the PIF Board.
