Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's and Con's: Letters of interest in vacant positions was are attached. Candidacies were presented at the January 24, 2019 SWAC and have received unanimous support by members. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: A local SWAC is mandated by RCW 70.95.165(3). Costs associated with SWAC activities are identified in the 2019 Solid Waste Budget. Recommendation: Approve New Appointments as detailed in the Statement of Issue (above).
