ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. See duties as
defined in regular position job description including the following:
Coordinate all routine office activities including all facility, vehicle and office equipment repair
and maintenance, and trips to the Courthouse.

Orders supplies and postage.
Schedules all part time and full time and clerk hire support staff. This would include sick leave
fill in, lunch rotation, vacation, and training.
Day to day lead supervision of support staff excepting those reporting directly to the Office
Manager.
Other duties as assigned, necessary to carry out the day to day administrative/support functions
of the Department.
LEAD SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities, but is a "lead" position in the division of
assignment. Lead responsibilities include assisting the Office Manager with interviewing,
training, planning, assigning and directing the work of other administrative positions. Person in
this position are expected to plan their own work within a structured environment and may edit
work of co-workers.
