Minutes, August 3, 2006
Attended: Bob Huelsdonk, Diane Schostak, Hattie Dixon, Carol Fletcher
Excused: Kathleen Emmerson, Kevin Zellmer
Attendance
• All members were notified via e-mail with agenda for 8/3/06 meeting.
• Once we are back on track, will consider less frequent meetings; conducting most
business via e-mail to team.
Member Resignation
• Carol Young is resigning; letter to be sent to Bob H. Replacement needed
JeffCo Video Review
• Advised not putting additional funds into 100 new copies
• Video Rights: Bob will send Hattie copy of "rights" letter
• Hattie to check further on usage of footage and/or stills for other media usage
Contracted Services
• Bob and Diane to meet with John Fishback in August to present contract for
administrative-marketing services between Jefferson County and NOPVB on behalf of
the TCC
Budget 2006 and 2007
• Bob will re-do a simplified TCC budget-easier to follow and track by region
• 2007 budget maybe due end of August. Bob to confirm
Invoices
• Hattie will follow up, validate and submit to JeffCo the following invoices
o Printery $5,231.71
o InsideOut $25.00
o Joint Marketing $7,851.28
• Hattie will write up a "procedure outline" for invoice process-start to finish.
Lodging Tax Usage questions
• Concerns to be addressed with Jefferson County LTAC
o Chamber of Commerce funds-what is legal usage
o County owned capital items (McCurdy, JeffCo Museum, ranger)
Travel Planner 2007
• Hattie to coordinate. Proofing to be done by regions.
• Hattie to give detailed outline of responsibilities and costs to Bob prior to starting work
