Joint Oversight Board on Affordable Housing and Homeless Housing
Special Meeting — Thursday, April 18, 2019, 9:00 a.m.
Jefferson County Courthouse — Commissioners' Chambers
1820 Jefferson Street, Port Townsend, WA
CALL TO ORDER: Commissioner David Sullivan called the Special Meeting to order
in the presence of Public Health Director Vicki Kirkpatrick, County Administrator Philip Morley and
City of Port Townsend Councilmember Michelle Sandoval.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: The committee heard and responded to one comment
made by a member of the audience in attendance.
APPROVAL of MINUTES: Councilmember Sandoval moved to approve the Special
Meeting Minutes of April 10, 2019 as presented. Commissioner Sullivan seconded the motion which
carried by a unanimous vote.
COMMITTEE DISCUSSION: The Committee reviewed the following:
• Joint Oversight Board Discussion of Proposals; Writing and Facilitation
• Identify Next Steps; Chief Executive Director of Community Foundation Siobhan Canty will
meet with Lizanne Coker re: possible collaboration; pending Community Foundation Board
approval
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: The committee heard and responded to one comment
made by a member of the audience in attendance.
FUTURE MEETINGS and AGENDA ITEMS: The next meeting is scheduled for
April 24, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in the Jefferson County First Floor Conference room, if the Commissioners'
Chambers is unavailable.
