TO REAL ESTATE PURCHASE & SALE AGREEMENT N0. 119646

CONSENT TO DUAL (Limited) AGENCY ADDENDUM
(For use with "In -Company" Sales Only).
CAROL PLETCHER ("Salesperson") is
a real estate salesperson licensed in the State of
Washington and working as.an independent contractor with
ERA OLYMPIC REAL ESTATE ("Agent").
("Seller") owns a
certain real property that is for sale, which real property
is described or commonly known as:
90 COURSEY LANE_ PORT LUDLOW, WA.
NANCY GLASER AND MICHAEL HAYDEN ("Buyer") may be
interested in buying the Property.
Agent either (1) now represents both Buyer and Seller,.or
(2) represents one party now and has represented the other
party in the past. As a result, Salesperson may possess
certain confidential information about the Property, Buyer,
and/or Seller. Agent, therefore, may be faced with a
conflict of interest. Under the otherwise applicable laws
of Agency in the State of Washington, if Agent represented
Seller, Agent would be required to reveal to Seller whatever
pertinent confidential information it learned from a
prospective Buyer and vice -versa.
In spite of this potential conflict of interest, both Seller
and Buyer desire that Agent continue in its representation
of both parties. Seller and Buyer hereby agree that Agent
or Salesperson will not be obligated to reveal to one party
any confidential or privileged information Agent or
Salesperson may have with regard to the other party. Agent
and Salesperson hereby agree not to reveal confidential or
privileged, information about one party to the other. Thus,
Seller, Buyer and Agent all hereby agree that Salesperson's
and Agent's role from this point forward will simply be to
serve as a conduit of non -confidential information and to
otherwise facilitate a closing of the transaction in
question. Seller and Buyer each may, if they find it
necessary, consult their attorney.
The parties hereby agree that should the transaction in
question close,- the commission due Agent shall be paid.by
the Seller.
To the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this
Agreement, the terms of any listing agreements now in effect
between Agent and either or both of the parties hereto shall
continue in full force and effect.
