SUBJECT: Request to reappoint Craig Schrader, Mary Biskup and Phil
Andrus to serve additional 4-year terms on the Conservation
Futures Citizen Oversight Committee.
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Public Health requests that the County Commissioners reappoint Craig Schrader,Mary Biskup and Phil
Andrus to the Conservation Futures Citizen Oversight(CF)Committee to serve additional 4-year terms.
ANALYSIS/STRATEGIC GOALS/PRO'S and CON'S:
Three vacancies on the CF Committee were advertised in the The Leader on April 3,2019.Mr. Schrader,
Ms.Biskup and Mr.Andrus all responded to the ad prior to the April 17th deadline to represent the open
interest Climate Change,District 1 and District 2 respectively.No other applications for these seats were
received during the application period.All three individuals have served very capably on the Committee,
and Public Health is grateful that they chose to continue their involvement in the county's open space
program.
FISCAL IMPACT/COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
There is no fiscal impact to the county's General Fund for reappointing Mr. Schrader,Ms.Biskup and Mr.
Andrus to serve additional terms on the CF Committee.
RECOMMENDATION:
Public Health requests that the County Commissioners reappoint Craig Schrader,Mary Biskup and Phil
Andrus to the Conservation Futures Citizen Oversight(CF)Committee to serve additional 4-year terms.
