The original interagency agreement with the Department of Ecology continues County efforts to eliminate the risk associated with hazardous wastes. Funding is provided by the Environmental Legacy Stewardship Account (Fund 19G), part of the Model Toxics Control Act (RCW 70.105d). The agreement's purpose is to provide specialists who provide no -cost technical assistance and educational outreach to small businesses in an effort to prevent pollution of waters of the state. FISCAL IMPACT/COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS: This interagency agreement is fully funded by the Department of Ecology. There is no impact to the general fund. C 1800029 BETWEEN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY AND JEFFERSON COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH PROJECT TITLE.- LOCAL SOURCE CONTROL PARTNERSHIP PURPOSE: To amend the Agreement between the state of Washington, Department of Ecology, hereinafter referred to as "ECOLOGY," and Jefferson County Public Health, hereinafter referred to as or "CONTRACTOR." WHEREAS, the CONTRACTOR has experienced several staff vacancies during the contract period, this agreement is amended to reduce overall costs. IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED the Agreement and Amendment 2 are amended as follows: 1) Appendix B Invoice & Budget Detail is amended as follows: The total compensation is reduced by $30,516.09 from $173,707.49 to $143,191.40. In the budget table shown in Appendix B, the columns titled "Amendment No. 1 Budget Approved 12/2017" and "Revised Budget 10/2018" are deleted in their entirety and replaced with a new column titled "Amendment No. 3 Budget" per the table below: State of Washington Department of Ecology Contract no.
