Trees to be removed are mostly Douglas Fir and a few Maple trees (4-5). Undergrowth includes berry briars, salal and some Oregon grape. A 150 foot access driveway (10 feet wide) will be constructed within the tree removal area. The remaining area (excluding the 1500 square foot driveway) will not be graded. The size determines whether a Stormwater Site Plan is required in conjunction with a stand-alone stormwater management permit application, building permit application, or other land use approval application that involves stormwater review.
