CASE #: MLA18-00105 Dear ROCKY BROOK HYDROELECTRIC: Jefferson County Department of Community Development staff have reviewed the application materials for the above proposed project and have determined that your application is not complete. The following information is needed by March 4, 2019 to constitute a complete application: Upon review of your permit application, I note several omissions that were noted in the attached Pre -application outline and will be required to deem the application complete: 1. Stormwater Calculation Worksheet 2. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) 3. Geotechnical Report or Waiver Request. The SEPA checklist under B.1.h. refers a geo-technical engineer's evaluation (see attached), but it was not attached to the checklist or submitted with the application. Please see the attached forms and submit these requirements to this office. Pursuant to JCC18.40.110(3)(b), if an applicant does not submit additional information, does not request additional time to submit the required information within the ninety (90) calendar day period, or does not appeal the decision, the application will be considered abandoned and therefore withdrawn and the applicant shall forfeit the application fee. The Department of Community Development shall not be responsible for notifying the applicant of an impending expiration. Please advise the Department of Community Development in writing of your intentions.
