In addition Aumock Designworks accompanies DCD's building inspectors on all inspections that require fire related inspections. This supplement provides an increase in hourly rate, which has not been increased since 2006 and is currently not at the competitive market rate. For your consideration is my proposal to alter our existing contract pertaining to an increase the base rate of pay from the above-referenced contract from$50.00 per hour to a maximum$80 per hour. The term"maximum" is used here to allow a negotiated rate below that,if necessary. I can attest that I am current with the qualification statements from Section 3 of the Contract, and I wish to continue being a contributing resource for your Department team. As you are aware, the contract has been revenue positive for the Department of Community Development for budget purposes. I trust that the additional customer administrative fees required for this proposal over the current level are within reason. Thank you for your consideration of this request.
