HomeMy WebLinkAboutThe Meadows - Financial Assurance PlanGood Morning Linda, Welcome back. Is your department requiring the Prosecuting Attorney's Office to review the Financial Assurance Plan? If so, can you please direct them to do so? I would like to complete any required review at the County level before I direct my attorney to complete a final draft of the document. Austin indicated that you sent over the O&M draft for review, but not the FAP. Please let me know when you have a moment. I have attached to this email the FAP draft with your comments for your convenience. Paisner, maybe from the PUD, made some comments and maybe some changes based on the red lines to the left of the doc.
