I am trying to sync up a good plan for finalizing this agreement as it needs PUD approval, Environmental Health Approval, and County Attorney approval. Linda Atkins indicated she will
likely have time to complete final review the week of May 13. Do you think your attorney will have time to review this agreement over the course of the next week or so? I think would
be good for the PUD to be satisfied with the draft first prior to moving to the County departments.
This draft was created by our attorney compiling comments/revisions from PUD attorney, EH, and County attorney. I think it's pretty clean and much easier to understand now.
If you could please let me know about availability of PUD attorney for review when you have a moment I would greatly appreciate it.

Health, Prosecuting Attorney's Office, and PUD.

office. Can you please compile as best able a final draft of the agreement based off the comments/revisions issued? Our goal is to move this forward to a final draft that can be approved
