Dear Property Owner:
The Department of Community Development (DCD) received two email complaints Monday, July 25, 2011, of two events, to date, being held on the property with associated noise and parking
issues.
Per JCC 18.20.380(f) Temporary Outdoor Uses allows “Properties rented or used for personal social events, such as wedding receptions, private parties, or similar activities, not more
than four times during any one calendar year”, as a matter of right and is exempt from the approval process.
Only one cottage industry is allowed on the premises. If you need to revise the current permit, please contact David Wayne Johnson @ (360) 379-4465.
