STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Advisory Board Appointments (4) re: Climate Action Committee; Unexpired Term to Expire December 31,
2021; Member(s) 1) Diane McDade; 2) Cara Loriz; 3) Dave Seabrook; 4) Sheely Jaye
ANALYSIS:
Notice was received from Laura Tucker, Jefferson County contact for the Climate Action Committee,
requesting the appointment of 1) Diane McDade; 2) Cara Loriz; 3) Dave Seabrook; 4) Shelley Jaye for the
four (4) vacant member positions. The Mayor & City Clerk relayed the City of Port Townsend will appoint
these new members to the Climate Action Committee on the City Agenda effective July 15, 2019.
RECOMMENDATION
Accept Advisory Board Appointments (4) re: Climate Action Committee; Unexpired Term to Expire
December 31, 2021; 1) Diane McDade; 2) Cara Loriz; 3) Dave Seabrook; 4) Shelley Jaye
