BDN paid the application fees last week so the application is still in pending status.
As you have already noticed, DCD requested additional information about the proposal. When the applicant responds,
the submittal will be available for review online.

Subject: Have BDN/Smersh Fees Been Paid?
I see in the county BDN/Smersh project listing that you have just sent them a letter dated July 10, 2019 regarding their
proposed geoduck farm bordering Shine Road and Hicks County Park and Boat Launch. Have BDN/Smersh paid their
permit fees to Jefferson County at this time? Is their permit process going forward or is it expired and cancelled?
An April 15, 2019 letter from Jefferson County DCD to BDN/Smersh stated that the fees were due upon application for a
shoreline permit. The billing attached to the April letter said the payment was due May 15th. The April letter also stated
that information was due July 14th. and if not received the permit application was considered abandoned. Could you
give me an update on the status of the permit and the fees?
