Description of Improvement: ADU Manufactured home installation.
Dear NITA EDWARDS
Your building permit application review time has exceeded 180 days and
will be canceled as per RCW 19 . 27, 1994 UBC Section 107 .4 which states:
107 . 4 Expiration of Plan Review. Applications for which no permit is
issued within 180 days following the date of application -shall expire
by limitation, and plans and other data submitted for review may thereafter
be returned to the applicant or destroyed by the building official. The
building official may extend the time for action by the applicant for
period not to exceed 180 days on request by the applicant showing that
circumstances beyond the control of the applicant have prevented action
from being taken. No application shall be extended more than once. In
order to renew action on an application after expiration, the applicant
shall resubmit plans and pay a new plan review fee at the time of filing.
In order to extend this time period, you must send a letter to myself with
an explanation as to why you are requesting an additional 180 days. Failure
to respond in writing within 30 days of the date of this letter will result
in the cancellation of your building permit application.
Your building permit started as a violation. Failure to follow-up with
appropriate action will result in this matter being turned over to the
Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney for immediate resolution.
