To follow up from our telephone introduction, I will be your planner coordinating the Pre Application (“Pre-App”) Conference regarding permit needs at Wilderness Northwest. My contact
information is below. Please feel free to call me with any questions as we go along.
Your Pre-App fees have paid for 5 hours of my work. I typically expend four hours in preparation for our conference, and then we convene as a group for one hour. We can extend our
time beyond this, if you wish, at our standard hourly rate.
To get us started on scheduling, these are some early dates that I have available:
¨ Tuesday, March 19—any time (one hour) 9:00 to 4:30
¨ Wednesday, March 20—any afternoon time (one hour) 1:30 to 4:30
¨ Thursday, March 21—any afternoon time (one hour) 1:30 to 4:30
Please let me know what works best for you, or offer an alternative. After we select a time, I’ll coordinate with the other County attendees, Environmental Health Department representative
and our Building Division representative, to confirm with their schedules.
