RE: Follow Up on for Application for Manufactured Home Installation Permit

Sign erected inside fence by gate requires zoning approval and building permit

Dear Barney:
On July 31, 2009, a letter was sent along with the application form to be completed and
submitted along with fees in the amount of $599.00 in order to get an Installation Permit for the
Manufactured Home that is currently being used as the lumber yard offices.
To date the subject application has not been submitted.
Additionally, the new sign that has been erected inside the fence near the gate entrance
requires zoning approval and possibly a building permit. Please find enclosed the sign hand
out along with the necessary application to obtain zoning approval.
Please submit the necessary permit applications within 30 days from the date of this letter.
Your immediate attention to the matter is greatly appreciated.
Any questions or further information needed in completing the application can be obtained by
contacting our office (360) 379-4450 (Monday – Thursday from 9 am – 4:30 pm). Our office is
closed on Fridays.
